REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI): Photographic & Videography Services

The Anglo Inyosi Coal Community Trust (AICCT) invites qualified photographers and/or media service providers to submit information regarding their capability to provide professional photography and videography services for Trust activities.

The primary purpose of this RFI is to identify suitable service providers to capture high-quality visual content during handover events, including the distribution of donated equipment and related community initiatives.

 

Scope of Services

The selected service provider will be responsible for:

  • Capturing high-quality photographs and video footage during AICCT handover events
  • Documenting key moments such as:
    • Handover of donated equipment
    • Engagement with beneficiaries
    • Stakeholder participation
  • Ensuring coverage reflects the impact and professionalism of the Trust’s activities

1. Project Scope

• Supply, delivery, and installation of complete solar PV systems for ten schools.

• Provision of inverters, battery storage, wiring, mounting frames, and all necessary components.

• Electrical connection, testing, commissioning, and hand-over of systems.

• Training for designated school staff on day-to-day operation and basic maintenance of systems.

• Warranty documentation and after‐sales maintenance plan.

• Detailed implementation plan with timelines, resources, risk mitigation and milestone schedule.

Scope of Work

• Supply and install 8 prefabricated classrooms designed for special needs learners.

• Include electrical connections and internal fittings suitable for classroom use.

• Ensure accessibility features such as ramps, wider doorways, and non-slip flooring.

• Complete all civil works and site preparation as necessary.

• Provide a detailed project plan, including installation timeline and delivery milestones.
